Abokoliken contains neutral lactase (NLU) – produced by natural fermentation of KluyveromycesLactis.
Added to milk/human breast milk immediately transform lactose and make the baby’s food lactose-freeNot absorbed by the baby’s gastrointestinal tract.
Absolutely suitable for compensating the temporary lactase intolerance, because NLU acts in milk, this is the single food that the baby intake for the first mounts of the life.
Except in the milk NLU still acts in the baby’s stomach where the pH is greater than the pH in the adult’s stomach.
The pH in the baby’s stomach is almost pH=7.

5 drops (0.
22 mg) added in the milk should be given with each feed.
(0 - 3 months, 7 feeds x 5 drops, 4 - 6 months, 6 feeds x 5 drops).
In severe cases of temporary lactase intolerance the dose of Abokoliken could be increased to maximum 10 drops given with each feed.
Please consult with your doctor before increasing the Abokoliken dose.
Intake duration:
until fourth months of age or until the baby colic ends.
