Herbal blend, recommended as a good treatment for asthma.
Curative properties:
thanks to Mallow root and Coltsfoot,this blend contains a high quantity of mucilage and other substances which helps in bronchial asthma treatment.
The Wild Thyme, Lavender and Yarrow complement the anti asthmatic action and helps the expectoration (phlegm discharge).
Coltsfoot is very effective against asthma ,especially in the beginning of the asthma attack.
This tea gives very good results against bronchial asthma if you take it regularly.
Pour two tablespoons of herbs in a bowl, add half a liter of cold water.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Leave covered to cool for an hour and drain.
Drink 3-4 times a day from a glass before a meal.
(Can be sweetened with honey or sugar).
