These are recommended as curative against flu and respiratory tracts inflammation which are accompanied with fever.
Willow because of salicine, is dissolved in the body releasing salistic acid.
It helps reduce fever.
Rosehip is very rich in vitamin C and it is used to reinforce the body and immunity system.
A tablespoon of the mixture is poured into a container where a cup of cold water is added.
Put on low heat, simmer until full boil.
Remove from heat, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain and drink sweetened with honey or sugar.
2-3 such teas can be taken per day.
