Curative properties:
The herbs in this blend help in the relief against rheumatism aches.
Juniper berries as a good diuretic helps in excrement of chloride and nitrogen in urea, helping in articular rheumatism.
Stinging Nettle stimulates the blood circulation, and beside of reducing the pain,is also rich in vitamins A,B2,C and K.
Rosemary is effective against articular rheumatism and help blood circulation.
Spiny rest harrow with its saponine and heterozid flavonic effect gives to this tea the properties of stimulating the urination (diuretic property) and reduce the irritation of the urinary tract and rheumatism aches.
Silver birch are rich in saponine,resin,vitamin C, cateric tannin and flavonoids which increase the diuretic action and calm rheumatism and articular aches.
Willow,because of its salicine, release the salicylic acid and is recommended against chronic rheumatism.
A tablespoon of herbs is poured into a container where a glass of boiling water is added, left for 10-15 min, drained and the juice set aside.
A glass of water is added to the plant residues and the contents are boiled for 5 min.
Once cooled, strain and the resulting tea is mixed with the first.
Drink 2-3 glasses a day.
The treatment lasts for 2-3 weeks and after a break of 10 days can be resumed again.
