Golamir 2Act calms pain and irritation thanks to a protective action on the oropharyngeal mucosa.
Golamir 2Act alcohol-free spray is indicated in cases of sore throat for the treatment of irritative and inflammatory states of the oropharyngeal cavity, which can be caused by viruses, bacteria, allergens or by contact with irritating external agents (smoke, smog, dust).
The product is also suitable for cooling conditions where nasal secretions descending into the throat can cause irritation.
It can be used from 1 year of age.
Golamir 2Act spray no alcohol due to its mechanism of action can also be used in association with pharmacological treatments prescribed by the doctor.
Golamir 2Act thanks to the ActiFilm DOL plant molecular complex acts on pain, burning and difficulty in swallowing, protecting the mucous membrane from the factors that trigger irritation.
ActiFilm DOL , composed of tannins, resins, polysaccharides and flavonoids, forms a barrier effect film , with a double action:
protects the mucosal surface;
normalizes the mucous membrane.
The product is gluten-free and with the pleasant aroma of wild berries and blackberry.
It is recommended to administer into the oropharyngeal cavity:
- 4 sprays up to 4 times a day in children (from 1 to 6 years);
- 4 sprays up to 8 times a day in adults and children (over 6 years).
In younger children, the product can be dispensed to the inner sides of the cheeks in order to gradually facilitate their intake.
Shake the bottle before use.
The box contains the dispenser in a sealed sachet.
On first use, remove the aluminum cap on the bottle and insert the dispenser.

Actifilm DOL , plant active complex composed of:
tannin and flavonoid fraction from Agrimony, polysaccharide fraction from Aloe vera leaf gel and resinoid fraction from Myrrh.
It also contains :
vegetable glycerin, water, apple juice, lemon juice, wild berries and blackberry aromas and xanthan gum.
