Remove the bandage, already soaked in the solution, from the container and wrap it around the leg, starting at the ankle and working up to the thigh.
Leave on for at least 15 minutes.
Remove the band and allow the residual liquid to be absorbed.
Cryo Slim Bands are reusable, after use roll up the still wet bands, place them in the container and pour Cryo Slim Refrigerant to refill in order to get the bands ready for a new application.
The bands can also be used on the buttocks, hips, stomach and arms.
