Lamberts Premtesse for Women

Lamberts® Premtesse® is a high strength multi-nutrient formula especially developed for women of menstruating age both for adverse premenstrual symptoms, and as a ‘core’ supplement for other female disorders. We have reformulated it to provide a mixture of folic acid and methylfolate, to be useful even for those with methylation issues. We have also moved to a vegan sourced Vitamin D making the product now suitable for vegans.

It contains 21 nutrients, including vitamin B6 that is known to be of help to menstruating women around the time of their period. Magnesium is also included because 7 out of 10 women have dietary intakes of this important mineral below the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). The other B Vitamins are important for their role in releasing energy from food, chromium for helping to avoid sugar cravings, zinc and vitamin C for the immune system, and iron to replace the monthly loss.
This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
This product contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach.
If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take these tablets except on the advice of a doctor.
