Omron RS4 is an automatic wrist blood pressure monitor.
It is safe, accurate and quick.

To help ensure a reliable reading, avoid eating, smoking, orexercising for at least 30 minutes before taking ameasurement.
Remove any tight-fitting clothing from your upper arm.
1.
Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor and place your armon a table so that the arm cuff will be at the same level as yourheart.
2.
Secure the cuff around your arm using the fabric fastener strip.
3.
Select your user ID (A or B).
4.
Press the O/I START button.
When measurement is complete, the unitdisplays your blood pressure and pulserate, and automatically deflates the cuff.
