Paracetamol is used as an antipyretic (lowers the temperature in feverish conditions) and analgesic in low or moderate intensity pain, with different localizations (headache, toothache, neuralgia, myalgia, menstrual pain, post-traumatic and post-surgical pain)Do not take Paracetamol if you have:
-hypersensitivity to paracetamol;
-severe impairment of liver and kidney function;
-head injuries and brain;
-high intracranial tension;
-respiratory disorders;
-genetic deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
Pregnancy and breastfeedingParacetamol is used during pregnancy only when advised by your doctor.
You should know that paracetamol passes into breast milk, so its intake during breastfeeding is done when it is really necessary, in the smallest possible dose and for the shortest possible time.
This is an OTC drug, so it can be taken without a doctor’s recommendation.

Adults can consume 500mg-1g, 3-4 times a day.
The maximum daily dose for short-term treatment is 4 g, while for long-term treatment is 2.

If you miss a dose take the next dose when it is time to take it as usual.
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
