Roydermal Hyalfate Cream

Hyalfate is a cream based on Hyaluronic Acid, Colloidal Silver and Sucralfate which, thanks to its active ingredients, has an antiseptic and repairing action on the skin, promoting normal skin re-epithelialization processes.
This is particularly useful after dermatological treatments, such as cryotherapy, diathermocoagulation and laser therapy.
It contains:
– Hyaluronic acid, activator of fibroblasts and collagen.
It activates the motility and migration of many cells, especially fibroblasts.
Promotes wound healing.
– Colloidal Silver, it binds to the surface receptors of bacteria, yeasts and fungi carrying out antibacterial and antifungal activity.
– Sucralfate has an anti-redness action and acts as an activator of growth factors.
Sucralfate increases the bioavailability of growth factors;
TGF alpha and beta (transforming growth factor alpha);
stimulates epithelial growth PDGF BB (platelet derived growth factor):
amplifies the recall of leukocytes FGF (fibroblast growth factor);
stimulates cell proliferation and differentiation.
Hyalfate cream is usually well tolerated.
You may feel a slight burning after application.
Report to the Doctor or Pharmacist any undesirable effect or particular intolerance to any component of the preparation.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of cold water.
