Contains:
L-carnitine tartrate, the choice of carnitine in the tartrate form is due to its greater efficacy and stability over time.
In the human body, carnitine is produced partly by the liver, kidneys and brain and partly by food.
In vegetarian diets carnitine is not present, in this case it is frequently recommended to supplement it to avoid physical and mental fatigue.
The pro-energetic action of carnitine is carried out in the mitochondria of the heart and skeletal muscles, the lipids are transported to the mitochondria where they are transformed into ATP (adenosine Tri Phosphate), a source of energy necessary for life.
Magnesium and potassium, trace elements involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions such as electrical stability of cells, integrity of cell membranes, contractility of muscle tissues, conductivity of nerve cells.
Their deficiency could induce fatigue, muscle cramps and be a contributing cause of menstrual pains and headaches.
