Shake well before each use to mix the 2 phases.
Place a cotton ball soaked in lotion on each closed eye.
Gently pat the cotton on the eyelid for 10 seconds, to dissolve the eyeshadows, then pass without rubbing on the eyelashes, from root to tip.
