When you’ve decided to start planning a family, Wellman Conception supports your diet for normal fertility and reproduction, and is designed especially for men.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.
Zinc and vitamin C also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, an important consideration for healthy sperm production as sperm can be damaged by free radicals.
Zinc is arguably one of the most important minerals for the male reproductive system as semen contains 100 times more zinc than is found in the blood.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity,while selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis.
Folate, iron, magnesium and vitamin B12 have a role in cell division, plus vitamin A, which has a role in the process of cell specialisation.
Wellman Conception should be used as soon as you start trying for a baby with your partner, ideally at least 3-6 months before you physically start to try for a baby.
