They are differently known by the name: internal spots on the skin \/ blackheads. The names come from the way comedones look on your skin. They are small bumps that are either the color of the skin or have a dark spot on top. They are created when the cells surrounding the sebaceous duct multiply (framing) and consequently increase fat production. A comedo is formed by impurities that block the sebaceous duct and hair follicle.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Other reasons that lead to the creation of comedones are:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Smoking\u00a0 &#8211; solar comedone\u00a0 is more common in smokers than in non-smokers.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Over hydrating the skin or using unsuitable moisturizers for your skin.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Diet that consists of many fats and sugars.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Excessive activity of the male sex hormone 5-testosterone (DHT) within skin cells.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Contact with certain ingredients including oily ointments, isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol and some dyes in cosmetics.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 50px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>How <\/strong>can you treat<strong> comedones?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 21px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Be careful in implementing your routine, by cleansing the skin 2 times a day, treating problems, hydrating and protecting the skin from the sun.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Let your moisturizer dry before applying sunscreen and make up.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Clean the face after exercise regardless of the schedule.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Use masks with charcoal or clay but take care to use them properly and do not irritate or dry the skin. Additionally you can use Tea Tree Oil, as well as a tonic with Hamamelis (Witch-hazel)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Be careful in the food diet, balance the consumption of fats and\u00a0 added sugars.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Also do not overdo it with dairy.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Never sleep with make up, as this can block more fat and dirt in your pores.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Do not harass your comedones yourself, without the help of a professional.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Choose products suitable for your skin, preferably &#8220;oil-free&#8221;.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Local treatment.
