Naphazoline spray contains naphazoline nitrate as an active ingredient.
\nIt is used for:
\n– symptomatic treatment of all forms of rhinitis and sinusitis,- treatment of middle ear inflammations,- nosebleeds;
\n– before rhinological examinations and surgical interventions.
\nDo not use Nafazolin if:
\n– you have hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of this formulation;
\n– you suffer from narrow-angle glaucoma.
\nNaphazoline should be used with caution in:
\n– the elderly;
\n– patients with hypertension and\/or other cardiovascular diseases;
\n– diabetics;
\n– patients with hyperthyroidism;
\n– patients with prostate hypertrophy.
\nPregnancy and breastfeedingAvoid the use of naphazoline during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
\nPossible side effects:
\n– temporary irritation of the mucous membrane;
\n– pain;
\n– burning sensation;
\n– repeated congestion;
\n– sneeze;
\n– feeling of dryness of the mucous membrane.
