Sedazen is a food supplement that promotes sleep and relaxation.
The active ingredients contained in the Valerian extract promote relaxation (sleep), while Griffonia and Giuggiolo promote mental well-being.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.
It also contains Protizen® (marine peptides).
Tips for better sleep:
