Buona Circadiem Gocce
Buona Circadiem is a melatonin dietary supplement, certified 99% pure.
Melatonin, a molecule produced naturally in our body, is secreted by the pineal gland (also called epiphysis) and its effects are very well known.
Thanks to the secretion of this substance, based on the alternating of light and darkness, our body regulates itself by alternating its sleeping and waking cycles (circadian rhythm).
Melatonin is not a sleeping pill nor does it have any pharmacological effects on the quality and length of sleep, instead it enhances physiological rhythms by restoring the cyclical nature of sleeping and waking.
It is produced at night with peaks between 2 and 4 o’clock, while its production during the day is minimal.

Lactose free.
The recommended dose is 1 mg of melatonin, equivalent to 4 drops of Buona Circadiem as is or diluted with a little water, in the evening before going to bed.
It is usually recommended to use Buona Circadiem for one-month cycles.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage, unless it is advised by your doctor.
Buona Circadiem contains:
Melatonin (with a certified purity of not less than 99%, determined using the HPLC method), Potassium sorbate, citric acid.
