Daleron Cold3

Daleron COLD3 is a combination of paracetamol, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan bromide.
Paracetamol lowers fever and relieves pain.
Pseudoephedrine reduces runny nose and eliminates the feeling of a stuffy nose.
Dextromethorphan relieves irritating cough resulting from throat irritation in colds.
Daleron COLD3 relieves the symptoms that accompany colds and flu:
-relieves mild to moderate pain (headache, muscle and joint pain, sore throat);
-lowers fever;
-reduces nasal discharge and facilitates breathing in a stuffy nose;
-soothes irritating cough.
Do not take Daleron COLD3:
-if you are allergic to the active substances or any of the ingredients of this medicine;
-if you have severe liver or kidney problems, severe high blood pressure or severe coronary artery disease (angina pectoris);
-concomitantly with medicines to treat depression (monoamine oxidase inhibitors);
Serious hypertensive crisis, severe cardiac arrhythmias, headache and severe fever may occur with concomitant use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors and for two weeks after discontinuation of monoamine oxidase inhibitors;
-concomitantly with other paracetamol-containing medicines.
It must not be given to children under 12 years of age.
Pregnancy and breast-feedingIf you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Preclinical studies in animals have shown no adverse effects on pregnancy and on the development of the fetus.
However, the risk cannot be completely ruled out, so taking the drug during pregnancy is not recommended.
It is not recommended to take the medicine while breast-feeding.
This is an OTC medicine, so it can be taken without a doctor’s recommendation.
