Description
Passiflora, Valerian, Melissa and Escolzia promote rest due to their sedative action and cause sleep similar to physiological sleep, without causing dizziness upon awakening.
Melatonin is excellent for combating insomnia, even in elderly patients or those with delays in falling asleep.
Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children under three years of age.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
The minimum shelf life refers to the intact product, correctly stored.
Usage
We recommend taking 2 tablets in the evening before going to bed.
Alternatively, you can take just 1 tablet in the evening before going to bed and possibly 1 further tablet when waking up at night.
The product can be administered with water or with a herbal tea.
The beneficial effect of Melatonin on the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.
5 mg of Melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
The beneficial effect for reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed.
