This product is probably one of the most comprehensive, high potency mineral formulas available. A diet that lacks one mineral, may impact the absorption of others, so it is important to obtain the full spectrum. Some minerals are needed in larger amounts than others eg. calcium and magnesium. This formulation includes high levels of calcium and magnesium, which means it can be used as a bone health formula.
This product contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Over 250mg of magnesium may cause stomach upset. Reducing or dividing the dose throughout the day may help.
