Description
Rhinostop Hot is an analgesic (painkiller), antipyretic (antipyretic) and nasal decongestant (medicine to reduce nasal congestion).
Rhinostop Hot is used to treat cold and flu symptoms.
Do not use Rhinostop Hot if:
-you are allergic (hypersensitive) to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
-you are taking antidepressants called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (IMAOs) or have been taking them for the last 14 days.
-you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
-you are taking antidepressants, beta-blockers or simpatomimetic medicines.
-you have a manifest (obvious) deficiency of the enzyme glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
-you are a patient with a severe form of the following diseases:
*Coronary heart disease (angina pectoris / type of chest pain /, previous myocardial infarction / heart attack)*High blood pressure*Arrhythmias (heart rhythm disorders)*Liver failure (insufficient activity)*Kidney failure (insufficient activity)*Asthma*Diabetes*Urinary disorders caused by prostate enlargement or other pathological changes*Haemolytic anemia (decreased number of red blood cells)*hyperthyroidism (increased activity of the thyroid gland).
*angle-closure glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye).
*pheochromocytoma (tumor of the adrenal gland).
Pregnancy and breast-feedingAsk your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
Rhinostop Hot should not be used during pregnancy and/or breast-feeding.
It should also be avoided in case of suspected pregnancy or planning to become pregnant.
The safety of Rhinostop Hot during pregnancy and lactation has not been established through specific studies.
The use of pseudoephedrine during pregnancy is contraindicated.
Paracetamol and pseudoephedrine are excreted in small amounts in breast milk.
As no data on the combined effects of these substances are available, Rhinostop Hot should be avoided during breast-feeding.

Usage
Rhinostop Hot is administered orally (by mouth).
Dissolve the contents of the bag (granules) in a glass of warm water, and drink immediately.
Adults and children over 12 years can consume 2-3 bags per day if needed.
Duration of therapy:
-Maximum 5 days for adult patients.
-Maximum 3 days for children (ages 12-18).
Ingredients
Paracetamol 500 mg, Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60 mg, sucrose, citric acid, tropical fruit aroma, grapefruit aroma, sorbitol (E420), aspartame (E951), sucralose, saccharin sodium, polysorbate 20, beet powder, riboflavin sodium phosphate.
