A high-potency vitamin D supplement, which contains nature-derived vitamin D3 from lanolin.
It’s delivered in small, easy-to-swallow cellulose capsules.
Current research suggests consuming up to 4000 IU of vitamin D per day should be ideal for optimal blood levels in most people.
Taking more than 4000 IU may provide no extra health benefits.
