Ansioser is a food supplement based on Valerian, Theanine, GABA, Lavender essential oil and Melatonin. Valerian and Lavender contribute to relaxation and sleep in case of stress, Lavender also supports normal mood. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, two tablets which provide 1 mg of melatonin). Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.Contains polyols, excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
