Description

The wild apple is rich in Vitamin A,B1,B2, B3, C, Pantothenic acid (B5), Folate, Protein, Calcium,Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Omega 3,Omega 6, Dietary fiber.
The antioxidants from cinnamon and hibiscus stabilize the sugar levels in blood and decrease the craving for carbs.
Cinnamon helps digestion and lower the triglyceride levels.
It has three properties:

Usage

Put the tea bag inside the tea cup.
Add the freshly boiled water (100 º C) to the cup, trying not to pour it over the tea bag.
Leave it for 5-6 minutes and then you can consume it.
You can sweeten it with honey or sugar as desired.
You can add a slice of lemon or orange.
